Sakshi has joined the ranks of weightlifter Karnam Malleshwari, Mary Kom and Saina Nehwal in the elite list of Indian women medallists. Wrestler Sakshi Malik ends up with winning Bronze medal for India in Rio Olympics 2016. Sakshi Malik won a bronze medal in the wrestling 58kg category.

Sakshi Malik Won Bronze Medal
The Indian beat Aisullu Tynybekova at 8-5 for the bronze medal. Sakshi fighted back from 0-5 down to seal the bout till she did 8-5.
India has got first medal by Wrestler Sakshi. Seconds were left and she made three point move to seal the bout.

Sakshi wins both the contest bouts to win bronze medal for India. Virendra sehwag gave message to sakshi that she is best ever.
Earlier, Sakshi reached the contest rounds of the women’s freestyle of 58kg event.

It was a good perfomance by Indian Sakshi as she took part in early lead and kept under pressure the Mongolian with her best moves. There was a moment when she loosed her balanced and her compititor got chance to make most point.
In semi final Malik got easy chance and made Koblova to loose soon.
