Its a good news for every person, who believes in Humanity. Centre has accepted Bihar Police request to hand over Sushant Singh case to CBI.
Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI), which falls under union ministry will take over the probe now. Nitish Kumar Government has requested for a CBI probe for Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, which is confirmed by Solicitor General Tushar Mehta to Supreme Court on Wednesday.
“Truth should come out so far as actor’s death is concerned,” the SC bench said which is lead by Justice Hrishikesh Roy, as reported by the news agency. 34-year actor dead is attracting a lot of controversies and fans all over the world are demanding CBI inquiry for the case, which is finally approved by the Government Of India.
The Supreme court of India has also instructed Mumbai Police to submit the status report within 3 days on the probe conducted so far in the Ms. Dhoni Movie actor Sushant Singh Rajput case.
Earlier in past few days , there has been a territorial battle between Mumbai Police and Bihar Police. SP Vinay Tiwary led bihar police team had reached Mumbai on Monday.The team claimed that they were “forcibly quarantined” and prevented from carrying out the probe. After this, Bihar Government has request for CBI Investigation which is now accepted by Central Govt.
A Public Interest Litigation (PIL), has also been filed by SC advocate Vineet Dhanda for Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian in Supreme Court as these both cases are seems to be interlinked by some sources. Salian was found dead on June 8 after she had allegedly jumped off a building. Mumbai Police initially called it a case of suicide, but later termed it as accidental death.
