#5 Sonam Kapoor vs Shobha De: “The Oomph Factor”
It all began in 2008; when De blogged about Kapoor’s sex appeal. She tweetedabout Sonam that she “just doesn’t cut it in the sex appeal stakes”. Sonam angrilyanswered by calling De “a 60-something porn writer”. In 2010, De in a rather unpleasant review of I Hate Luv Stories had shattered Punit Malhotra’s directorial debut to a million pieces by describing it “I Hate Dumb Stories.” De had also called Sonam “a lassie who lacks oomph”. Punit then tweeted “Shobha De was a fossil who’s getting no action and going through menopause.” Sonam simply re-tweeted his Tweet. This led to uneasiness in Anil Kapoor’s mind which forced Sonam to issue an apology to De.
#4 Bipasha Basu vs Ameesha Patel: “The battle of the DRESS”
The occasion was IIFA green Carpet function in the year 2011. Shockingly, both the actors turned up in the same dress but different colours. Bipasha sported a green dress while Ameesha was wearing a yellow one. After the event Bipasha tweeted “IIFA night was great! Thank you Toronto 🙂 Do not feel like leaving but sadly have to leave! Had the best time ever! Also last night a fellow actress landed up wearing the same dress in a diff colour as me on d green carpet! It was quite amusing even for me 🙂 So next time I’ll plan my green carpet outfit in advance n not pull out things from my cupboard last min!:) Anyways u can’t stop the world from buying d same things n keep a tab on all!” This tweet pricked Ameesha and she tweeted “Thank u sweethearts for loving my iifa dresses. Ramona narang the designer made them 2 months in advance of the event.Fortunately I don’t need to copy anyone.Even my red launch party dress was ramonas creation as she knows me n my style since we were kids.I know u all r upset at some nasty n unrequired comments made by another actor. But don’t be upset. I’m really unaffected.Don’t care if ten people wear same outfit bkos clothes don’t make a person. Itsur own charm n how u carry it. So I’m chilled. We all have r distinct style. N that is natural to us n not by the clothes we wear.n yes designerRamona narang is a family friend since I was a kid.she knows me v well. As for copying. Y wud I??? How silly!” This led to some fan war and soon everything cooled down.

Responding to this Johar tweeted, “Disaster of the year is your territory Ramu… no one can ever replace the comfortable place you have made for yourself there”. He was referring to the remake of Sholay by RGV which was a super disaster. To this RGV swiftlyreacted, “@karanjohar hey Karan my tweet was in a series I put on teachers day nd that tweet was about some1 taking off from u meaning it a compliment.” Earlier RGV had named KJo’s Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna as the scariest film he had ever seen. #2 Amitabh Bachchan vs Rajeev Masand: “The King vs the Pawn”
It was the month of July in the year 2010. Akshay Kumar was promoting his new film Khatta Meetha. A day came when most newspapers had a picture of him with India’s biggest cartoonist Mr R.K Laxman. This picture outraged many people with the fact that Akshay stooped so low to promote his film. The picture showed speech and movement deprived cartoon legend drawing on a paper with a pen. It is not hard to guess that that must have been hard and painful for the old man. Akshay was criticized a lot and in his defence he said that he was invited by the cartoonist’s family. The topic was discussed on twitter by Rajeev Masand.
Source Link Rajeev Masand tweeted:“Need innovative ideas 2 promote films in competitive times. But Akshay Kumar grinning like a jackass at RKLaxman’s hospital bed is a new low”. Amitabh Bachchan tweeted: Rajeev! Your fraternity will never pull you up for calling Akshay a ‘jackass’. Ever thought if the reverse were to be done … would your fraternity have spared Akshay if he were to address you as one..?? Never expected this language from you!! To this Amitabh Bachchan received a letter from Rajeev stating that the former’s fraternity didn’t pull him up when his son slapped a cameraman on his set and also when camerapersons were beaten up outside their house on the eve of Abhishek’s wedding.
#1 Kapil Sharma vs Kamaal Rashid Khan: “Sense vs non-Sense”
Well we could make a whole new list including just KRK, but well we choose the best and the latest. KRK, who is well respected in the country for his glorious and precise remarks on almost all celebrities, has had twitter wars with many stars. The list includes Bipasha Basu, Sunny Leone, Mahesh Bhatt, Veena Malik and the latest inductee is Kapil Sharma. The fight started with KRK mocking Kapil over his Bollywood debut, stating that YRF met with Nargis Fakhri to sign for a film with Kapil, the actor laughed and said I have no dates. KRK even said that Nargis said in a text that have they forgotten I debuted against Ranbir? Kapil posted in response, “Kamaal R Khan, call me if you have guts, I’ll show you how to deal with a Punjabi guy.” Later adding, “Don’t know who this Kammal Khan is. But soon, his teeth and home will be smashed; can’t help it, Punjabi blood.” Source Link KRK then posted that Kapil posted the above tweet while in the influence of alcohol. A fan of Kapil called him and asked him not to insult the comedian while KRK replied by posting his number on twitter stating the person has threatened to kill him. The number was of a Delhi based businessman who was infuriated with the actor that he called him to meet him so he can be beaten. On 8th July, 2014 KRK took another turn and apologised for his tweets. A character he is we tell you!
